Dr. Kyle Joseph Eliason, MD, is a highly accomplished gastroenterologist and hepatologist with more than a decade of leadership in digestive health. He currently serves as Medical Director of Ogden Endoscopy at Intermountain Health and Chief of the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah.

Dr. Kyle Eliason is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been recognized nationally for his clinical expertise and contributions to medical research. Dr. Eliason has published in leading journals on topics including eosinophilic gastrointestinal disease, advanced endoscopic techniques, and complications of liver disease. He has presented at national conferences and earned prestigious honors, such as the American Foundation for Donation and Transplantation Careers in Transplantation Award, given annually to one resident or fellow nationwide.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Eliason is dedicated to advancing the field through leadership and education. His areas of expertise include colorectal cancer screening, inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease and cirrhosis, advanced therapeutic endoscopy (including ERCP and stenting), Barrett’s esophagus, eosinophilic esophagitis, pancreatitis, and irritable bowel syndrome.
